How will the conflict between Israel and Lebanon be solved?
a) They are mature and good people. They themselves know how to get out of this dreadful situation that is threatning other countries, too, and causing unbearable suffering to innocent civilians.
b) The UN or the EU or the USA will negotiate and put pressure on the both of them.
c) More violence, war, and terrorism.
d) I wish I knew. (Or they knew, at least.)
A demonstration against the war in the Middle East today on Monday the 24th in Helsinki, marching from Kiasma to the Embassy of Israel (Yrjönkatu). Starting at 5 pm by Kiasma.

Taisivat israelin tyypitkin lukea ton mielenosotusuutisesi kun nakkasivat pommin YK:n tarkkailijoiden pommisuojaan missä sit yks suomalainenkin kuoli. Vai missä tässä nyt mennään?

Ei taida maailma tietää nyt että missä se menee...
Sota on aina kamalaa, kuoli siinä keitä vaan, mutta kun YK:n tarkkailijoita tapetaan, tule tunne, etei sodan osapuoli/osapuolet kunnioita kansainvälisiä rauhanomaisiakaan sääntöjä, joilla siis - noin niin kuin naivisti mutta päättävaäisesti ajatellen - pitäisi ylläpitää meidän rauhaamme.
No, Halonen tuskin kostoksi pommittaa nyt sitten Israelia.
